As your rental period comes to an end, we’ll contact you to see how your recovery is progressing. You can extend your rental for £155 per additional 2 weeks, or return the system using our prepaid returns label - we’ll even organise collection for you.

What are the benefits of contrast therapy and cryotherapy?
Contrast therapy helps reduce inflammation, swelling, and pain and improves post-training and post-injury recovery. Likewise, cryotherapy can be used to treat muscle and ligament pain, arthritis, tendonitis and other conditions.
When will I receive the Cryon-X?
Once your order is placed and the rental agreement and safety checks are completed, your Cryon-X system will be shipped to you. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
How do I return the Cryon-X when I am finished?
As your rental period comes to an end, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to extend or return the system. If returning, we’ll provide a prepaid returns label and organise collection for you — no hassle required.
What if I have questions or concerns about the device during my rental?
Our team is available Monday to Friday to support you throughout your rental. If you have any questions about setup, usage or your rental, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Are there any deposits or credit checks?
No. There are no deposits or credit checks required to rent Cryon-X. You simply pay the rental fee upfront.
Can I order more than one wrap?
Yes. One wrap is included with your rental, and additional wraps can be rented separately if you’d like to treat multiple areas. Just contact us using our contact form and we will arrange this.
How long is the rental period?
Cryon-X can be rented for 2 or 4 weeks, with the option to extend for £155 per additional 2 weeks.
Is Cryon-X safe to use at home?
Cryon-X is designed for safe home use similar to any other home appliance, but if you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
What happens if I want to extend my rental?
We’ll contact you before your rental ends. If you’d like to continue, we’ll arrange an extension for £155 per additional 2 weeks — no need to return the unit.
