If You Change Your Mind
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most products purchased online or over the phone.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
We only refund standard delivery costs (express or timed delivery charges are not refundable).
Made-to-order products cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned used, opened, or not in its original condition, particularly for hygiene reasons.
If There’s a Problem With Your Product
If your item is faulty, the following applies:
If a fault appears within six months, we will repair or replace the item. If this isn’t possible, you will receive a refund.
If a fault occurs within six years, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

How to Return Your Item
1. Prepare Your Items Return the item with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Package Your Return Securely and neatly package your items to prevent damage during transit. Print the return label and attach it securely to the package.
3. Send Your Return Drop the parcel off at your local Post Office.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
